Before we would let your dog off the lead we would need your permission to 'walk off the lead' & we would also assess your dog's recall to ensure that we're 100% happy with their recall.
Yes, we have business vehicle insurance as well as Public Liability insurance.
If you are not going to be home, then you either need to provide us with a set of keys to access your property or install a key safe where we can get the keys from upon arrival to collect your dog or carry out a pet home visit. We will return these to the key safe immediately after use or keep them in a secure place when not in use.
Yes Lisa has an enhanced disclosure check (DBS)
If you need to cancel, we ask that you give at least 48 hours notice. In this case you will not be charged, however cancellations giving less than 48 hours notice will still be charged. To cancel please call Lisa: 07544 099 405 or e mail email@example.com
We carry all the emergency numbers and you or your nominated contact will be notified immediately. If veterinary assistance is required, we will take your dog to the nominated vet or to the nearest vet depending on the circumstances.
Yes, we visit them at home
Yes. We carry out a free 'Meet & Greet' consultation at your home where you and your dog will both meet your dog walker. During this time your walker will spend time ensuring that they understand your dog’s personality and needs.
Full payment needs to be made at least 48 hours before the service starts. We accept BACS (bank transfer) & PayPal
Dogs are transported safely in our vehicle in individual, comfortable crates. Your dog will be crated alone or with a house mate only (if safe to do so).
We're open Monday - Friday between (excluding bank holidays and between Christmas & New Year)
We do try our absolute best to run to schedule but there are occasions when we are running late, for unforeseen circumstances, traffic, issues with keys, weather etc..
